Bidrodeo Review – Is Bidrodeo.com a Scam?
Bidrodeo review shows that this is a penny auction site that bills itself as being different, although
the difference is not really clear. The idea is that you hang on until the end of the auction hence the name of
the auction. Each auction has a time limit, this is just like any other penny auction website. Each bid
increases the auction by ten seconds, this is also similar to other penny auction websites. I simply did not see
the difference between Bidrodeo.com and every other website that is dedicated to the penny auction. While there
are deals to be had at many of these penny auction sites, they lack the deals on big ticket items that you can
find on sites like Auction Resource.
The Bidrodeo.com reviews show that
this site charges for bids which you need to purchase so that you can participate in the auction. The lowest
costing pack is the starter pack which is $39.95 for a pack of 50 bids or $.80 per bid.
You can run through the bids pretty
quickly so it can get really expensive relatively quickly.
Like many other penny auction sites
you can expect to find a few good items but most of the offerings revolve around bid packs and gift cards. There
were quite a few good items when I visited which was a nice surprise.
The site is very well laid out and
user friendly. There is an FAQ page that is very informative the information is clear cut and up front which is
also nice. The only problem I had with the FAQ page is that it is labeled as the help page.
The Bidrodeo review shows that the
contact information is comprehensive. There is an email option and two physical addresses one in Hong Kong and
one in the UK. There is also a toll free number that you can call and ask any questions that you might
Sitejabber.com offers the following
from one of their reviewers “PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR A BID TO GET TO $10.00 (TEN DOLLARS) THE WEBSITE HAS ALREDY
MADE APPROXIMANTLY $700.00 (SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS) OFF ITS BIDDERS. EACH BET INCREASES THE BID AMOUNT BY ONLY
$0.01 AND THE BIDS COST YOU ABOUT $0.70 EACH.”
Also on Sitejabber.com the
following was left “i dont understand if this site is a acam or if people who use it are really stupid? some of
the products go for a really good deal, but last night a ipad sold for $86.06 dollars. but if you look at the
person who won it he used 4259 bids witch total up to almost $3000 in money to buy those bids. and with $3000
dollars you could buy around 6 ipad at retail price.”
These are some very valid points.
In most all cases if something sounds too good to be true, be sure that it is.

Overall, the Bidrodeo review shows
that this is a viable site and is not a scam, however it lacks some of the deals on big ticket items that you
can find at a site like Auction Resource.
